Doma Japanese Restaurant located at Newingtown. Although it doesn’t have spacious dining room, its food quality and prompt service lifts up the overall experience impression. There are plenty of outdoor parking spots and closes to the supermarket.

This Japanese restaurant serves excellent sushi rolls with perfectly balanced fillings and rice on the outside, creating a clean, flavorful bite every time. A fantastic dining experience at Doma Japanese in Newington! We opted for a set menu and were treated to a Nagasaki hotpot, a beautiful sashimi platter, and a variety of fresh and creative sushi rolls. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, with each slice melted in our mouths. The sushi rolls were also a highlight, with a great selection of classic and more inventive options. Each roll was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and pleasant. We left feeling very satisfied and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for local Japanese cuisine in the area.

Very good Japanese restaurant. I had the Karaaghe curry and it is very good, not too spicy and not too liquid, my favorite base the potato and carrot, but also like that is perfect! Rice cooked perfectly and the chicken was out of this world. Great quantity, now I miss Japan! Impeccable and fast service, I am very happy. I did not take the sushi but from the other tables it seems very good and fresh! They would just need more Jpop songs and less Kpop given the type of restaurant, but still very nice. Highly recommended restaurant! Ittadakimasu!
